What will you be doing?

• Lead, coach and grow a Strong Systems Engineering team to Winner-level performance.
• Deputise for the Director of Technology, shaping strategy and Improved delivery.
• Orchestrate complex USV/AUV programmes-from design assurance to risk control.
• Act as senior technical liaison at client meetings, trials and industry forums.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools and technology roadmaps.

• Qualified, hands-on engineering leader in marine robotics/advanced maritime tech.
• Deep systems engineering expertise (USV, AUV, subsea).
• Proven delivery of complex, multidisciplinary programmes.
• Assured communicator with senior stakeholders; commercially Focused.
• Chartered (or working toward) and Inspired by integrating emerging tech.
