What will you be doing?

• Oversee technical operations for bulk carriers, ensuring safe, compliant, and budget-conscious performance.

• Deliver improved vessel operations and maintenance in line with internal and client expectations.

• Build strong relationships with crew and stakeholders, supporting smooth communication between ship and shore.

• Ensure technical performance aligns with global maritime standards.

• Proactively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Vessel Manager within the dry bulk sector (preferred).

• Holder of a Chief Engineer license (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of ship operations, maintenance and industry safety requirements.

• Proven communication and leadership abilities.
