Job Title: Tender Manager Geotechnical

What will you be doing?
As a Tender Manager Geotechnical, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the tender process to produce competitive proposals that meet client specifications and quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the client’s primary contact during the tender phase.
- Gathering and coordinating information from all relevant departments.
- Evaluating and mitigating risks within tenders.
- Calculating costs based on departmental progress and data.
- Updating tenders according to clarifications and negotiations.
- Conducting price and contract negotiations, with support from technical and contractual teams.
- Aligning with established tender processes and handing over to the Project Manager.
- Analysing the success of tenders and determining bid/no bid decisions.
- Attending industry exhibitions and conferences to stay informed on market developments.
- Complying with company policies, programs, and procedures.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of management systems.
- Communicating and enforcing policies and procedures to employees, visitors, and contractors.
