What will you be doing?

• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating tenders in compliance with quality standards and specified time frames. Duties and responsibilities include:
• Building the geotechnical structure within the organization.
• Supporting bid development by providing methods and pricing for field work, reporting lab tests, and analysis.
• Producing competitive tenders and proposals aligned with client specifications and company procedures.
• Serving as the primary contact in client relations during the tender phase.
• Managing information from various departments regarding tenders within Geotech services.
• Assisting in the development of tender workflows in geotechnical services.
• Evaluating incoming tenders for bid/no-bid decisions and risk mitigation.
• Coordinating information from concerned departments to ensure reduced risk and maintained quality.
• Calculating prices based on progress and cost information from relevant departments.
• Conducting tender planning, updating tenders, negotiating prices and contracts, and participating in industry exhibitions and conferences.
