Job Title: Technical Account Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA, Southern CA, Washington, DC Metro – Remote

The company is dedicated to transforming connectivity experiences for the travel and transportation sectors. Through significant clients wins, as well as large investment from on of the leading VC firms, they are expanding and looking to hire a Technical Account Manager for their aviation sales division in the USA.
What will you be doing?
As a Technical Account Manager, you will specialise in:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate lasting relationships with aviation clients, understanding their unique needs.
- Act as the main point of contact, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize extensive IP networking and SD-WAN background to address technical inquiries and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Software Development team for timely solutions.
- Project Management:
- Lead customer solutions delivery, from planning to execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Solution Recommendations:
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s software offerings and recommend additional solutions.
- Analytical Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrate analytical mindset to tackle complex technical challenges in the aviation industry.
- Client Advocacy:
- Serve as the voice of aviation clients, providing valuable feedback to shape aviation solutions.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager in IP networking and SD-WAN deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
- Project management training and experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions; experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with aviation industry regulations, challenges, and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills in the aviation sector.
