What will you be doing?
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will:

• Provide expert guidance and support to the maritime operations team in your area of expertise (Payroll, Procurement, PMS, or QHSE).
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance within your speciality.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects and optimise processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the maritime sector.
• Play a key role in shaping company policy and procedures, ensuring alignment with both local and international standards.
• Act as the go-to resource for your speciality, providing training and development opportunities for staff.
