What will you be doing?
As the Sales Manager, you will have a significant impact on the company’s growth by:

  • Innovating solutions: Originate new opportunities and develop compelling customer proposals for advanced energy storage solutions.
  • Collaborative execution: Work closely with the Solution team to capture customer requirements and deliver winning commercial and technical proposals.
  • Closing deals: Negotiate key commercial terms with customers and drive successful transactions.
  • Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Expanding presence: Represent the company at industry conferences, participate in business development activities, and lead sales meetings with customers.
  • Market analysis: Understand market dynamics, define business cases, and communicate market developments to internal teams.

You are a determined, creative, and results-oriented professional with strong commercial experience in the energy sector. You possess:

  • Relevant experience: Sales or commercial experience in the energy industry, preferably in the solar PV installer sector.
  • Passion for renewables: A strong affinity for the renewable energy sector and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Technical acumen: Knowledge of battery storage systems, grid systems, and photovoltaic power.
  • Communication skills: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical ability: The capability to understand and synthesize complex technical product information.
  • Team spirit: A desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English.
