What will you be doing?
- Designing and leading a dynamic Crew Training & Qualification Matrix to ensure world-class competence across the fleet
- Analysing performance data, audits and incident trends to proactively identify and close skills gaps
- Building a Strong Seafarer Competence Management System with clear career pathways for every rank
- Selecting and benchmarking external training providers to deliver maximum value and measurable impact
- Managing training budgets, reporting ROI, and inspiring internal stakeholders with data-driven insights
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in a Maritime discipline
- Proven experience managing Seafarer Training & Development ashore
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and structured quality systems
- Confident, analytical and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Motivated communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
