What will you be doing?

• Driving strong top-line growth of digital software, data solutions, and hardware products.

• Leading high-value customer meetings, contract negotiations, and strategic outreach across Central Europe.

• Building assured, long-term partnerships with global vessel owners and energy leaders.

• Presenting at industry events and positioning yourself as a motivated thought leader in maritime decarbonisation.

• Collaborating with a vibrant, international sales team to improve strategy and deliver inspired results.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3 years’ successful sales experience.

• Qualified background in maritime, oil & gas, or renewables (software sales preferred).

• A determined and creative communicator with strong negotiation skills.

• Brave enough to open new markets, inspired to grow existing accounts.

• Focused, motivated, and assured in managing business development targets.
