They specialize in designing, selling, and operating smart wind turbines and are committed to promoting wind and solar power, batteries, hydrogen fuels, and AIoT networks to create a zero-carbon world. With a strong global presence and a focus on innovation, our client is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to join their team in the renewable energy industry.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the renewable industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of renewable energy solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on renewable energy policies, regulations, and incentives to leverage them in sales strategies and maximize business opportunities.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the renewable industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, products, and services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
