What will you be doing?

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base in the defined location. Your key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new customers
  • Generating new revenue from growing and maintaining existing customers
  • Working collaboratively with the wide sales department
  • Following up on and hunting down new sales leads
  • Providing necessary data and reports

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales acumen and personality
  • Track record of sales within ship services and ship agency / port agency
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Persuasive selling techniques
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Sales planning abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a public or accredited private academic institution (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales process, and dynamics
