Who are we recruiting for? Our client, a pioneering leader in maritime data and analytics, is seeking a determined and driven Partner Sales Manager to join their vibrant team in Singapore. This client has been a mainstay in maritime trade intelligence for nearly 300 years, combining innovative technology with human ingenuity to empower maritime professionals globally.

What will you be doing?

• Identify and recruit dynamic new channel partners, including data and technology platforms, to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute robust partner onboarding programs ensuring swift success.
• Actively hunt for new business, cross-sell and upsell opportunities while developing a vibrant sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to create unique value propositions that meet end-customer requirements.
• Work alongside sales leadership to develop and implement innovative channel sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven track record with 6+ years’ experience in Data/SaaS Partner or Channel Sales.
• Skilled in managing resellers and partners, with a strong ability to maximize product potential.
• Excellent communicator, adept at building strong internal and external relationships.
• Deep understanding and execution of sales processes like MEDDIC or SPIN.
• Motivated, target-driven, and dynamic in achieving sales goals.
