Who are we recruiting for?

My client is a leading independent consultancy providing strategic, commercial and technical services for offshore energy projects using floating and subsea technologies.

They specialise in Energy Transition, Offshore Renewables, Floating Production, Subsea & Pipelines, Business Consulting & Technology Development. Working with a range of project stakeholders, including energy companies, investors, and law firms. We help our clients to manage technical, commercial and strategic risks and achieve positive project outcomes.​

With over 20 years of experience working on offshore floating production and subsea developments globally from early concept to late life. They are now going through their own transition, as they continue to move away from traditional fossil fuels and towards renewable energy projects.

What will you be doing?

As an Offshore Wind Growth Specialist, your role will be pivotal in advancing our offshore wind capabilities and contributing to the sustainable future of our industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Expertise: Develop a profound understanding of offshore wind farm development processes, procedures, and the ever-evolving regulatory landscape.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with our Energy Transition Manager to not only enhance but also expand our offshore wind offerings, driving innovation within the sector.
• Influential Insights: Provide invaluable insights and engineering expertise to a diverse range of stakeholders, including operators, contractors, governments, investment banks, and industry bodies, ensuring their success in the renewable energy landscape.
• Business Development Leadership: Actively lead and participate in business development initiatives within the renewable energy sector, solidifying our position as an industry leader.
• Client Engagement: Showcase your adeptness in leading client discussions and delivering compelling presentations across various offshore wind topics, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Project Management Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional project management skills by leading multi-disciplinary projects that not only meet but exceed expectations, driving innovation and growth.

• A deep and demonstrated understanding of the offshore wind farm development process, procedures, and regulatory landscape.
• The ability to work collaboratively with the Energy Transition Manager to expand our offshore wind capabilities.
• A track record of providing valuable insights and engineering expertise to a wide array of stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to business development activities within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client discussions and presentations on offshore wind topics.
• Proven project management skills in multi-disciplinary environments.
