What will you be doing?
•Take full ownership of products from concept through prototype, testing and into successful production
•Design and develop Creative mechanical systems ready for manufacture and certification
•Build, test and refine prototypes, driving Improved performance through data-led decisions
•Collaborate with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials and processes
•Produce detailed CAD models, production drawings and technical documentation with precision and focus
Are you the ideal candidate?
•Qualified Mechanical Engineer with Strong grounding in engineering fundamentals (materials, loads, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics)
•Proficient in 3D/2D CAD (Autodesk Fusion preferred) with FEA/CFD experience
•Hands-on experience building and testing mechanical systems, ideally within marine or harsh environments
•Knowledge of bearings, shafts, gears, seals and modern manufacturing methods (CNC, additive, moulding, casting)
•Motivated, Determined and Assured team player who can manage timelines and deliver results
