What will you be doing?

As a Deep Geotechnical Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing our client’s mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing geotechnical operations for offshore projects, ensuring the successful execution of deep-sea geotechnical surveys.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement geotechnical site investigations.
  • Overseeing data collection, analysis, and interpretation, providing valuable insights to support project decision-making.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative geotechnical solutions and techniques to improve project outcomes.

Are you the ideal candidate?

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Substantial experience in geotechnical engineering, particularly in the offshore and maritime sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive and determined approach to problem-solving.
