Job Title: Energy Revenue Modelling & Pricing Analyst
Location: Paris, Milan or Madrid
The Opportunity:
An institutional backed European renewable energy platform is strengthening its energy management capability as it scales its portfolio across key European markets. With significant growth planned in battery storage alongside solar, the business is building internal expertise to better understand how energy assets generate value in increasingly complex power markets.
This hire will sit at the centre of that capability. The role combines revenue modelling, pricing analysis and commercial insight to support how storage and solar assets are valued, optimised and positioned in the market. As the organisation expands its battery portfolio over the next three to five years, this position will play a key role in shaping how projects are evaluated and how the portfolio is managed commercially.
The position reports into the Head of Energy Management and works closely with origination, investment and asset management teams.
The Impact You Will Have
• Build revenue models that determine how battery and solar assets create long term value
• Translate market data and pricing scenarios into commercial decisions on asset strategy
• Support optimisation and hedging analysis across an expanding renewable portfolio
• Integrate revenue assumptions into project financial models to support investment decisions
• Help establish the analytical foundations for future trading and optimisation capabilities
What Success Looks Like
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in power markets, energy analytics, utilities, trading or optimisation platforms
• Strong quantitative capability with experience modelling energy revenues or pricing scenarios
• Understanding of how electricity markets translate into asset value and commercial strategy
• Comfortable working between market data, modelling outputs and financial decision making
• Collaborative communicator able to work across technical and commercial teams
