Job Title: Customer Success Manager, North America

Location: Preferred in Atlanta, GA; remote positions available within the Eastern Time Zone.

Who are we recruiting for? We are on the hunt for a motivated, unique, and successful Customer Success Manager to join the North American team of our client, an award-winning provider of procurement analytics solutions. Leveraging advanced AI and machine learning technologies, they empower procurement and sourcing professionals with a suite of spend visibility, supplier/risk management, and savings analytics tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that their customers not only realize but exceed their strategic sourcing capabilities.

What will you be doing?

  • Maximizing value realization for customers using leading two respective procurement related platform solutions.
  • Defining and tracking success metrics to ensure customers achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective solution adoption, stakeholder engagement, and support service level monitoring.
  • Leading business reviews and engagements in line with the client’s customer engagement strategy to build strong, successful partnerships.
  • Driving business growth by identifying expansion opportunities, fostering customer advocacy, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Contributing to organizational growth through active participation in continuous improvement processes.
  • Reporting and managing performance creatively using team tools and processes, exemplifying excellence in customer success management.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Possess a proven track record in delivering measurable value in Procurement, Procurement Consulting, or Procurement Digitalization.
  • Have a strong affinity for digital solutions and data, complemented by exceptional client-facing skills.
  • Be a determined multi-tasker, focused on achieving objectives with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • While previous experience in Success Management is highly regarded, we are open to training a qualified procurement professional for the role.
  • Knowledge of our client’s products is a significant plus, though not mandatory.
