Position: Customer Success Manager

Executive Integrity is pleased to be working with a leading provider of software to Ports and Maritime companies that fiercely drives towards a sustainable future with its cloud-based solution, which reduces time and cost and increases planning efficiency.

What will you be doing?

• Managing all the connected customers post their on-boarding.
• Identifying common trends in their OPS pains and needs, segmenting the customers
• Working with sales to identify up-sell opportunities
• Collaborating with the product team to test concepts and be the voice of the customer for new product development
• Supporting customers to ensure they get the most out of their software solution
• Helping customers to realise the full potential and desired outcome (Improved working method, achieved KPIs)

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 3-5 years in Customer Success roles within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven record of successfully managing client accounts
• Successfully working with customers, being a subject matter expert of complex B2B SaaS products
• Skilled in clarifying customer pain points and needs to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Has experience with up-selling software, ideally in a CSM capacity
• Thrives in building relationships
• Based in Copenhagen (working in the office a minimum of 2 days per week)
