What will you be doing?

• Serve as the assured point of contact for NavFleet and Digital Logbook clients in APAC, driving user engagement and success.

• Build and fortify strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Guide and inspire clients through seamless onboarding and implementation, ensuring maximum impact of solutions.

• Conduct thorough performance reviews and check-ins, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with goals.

• Spearhead training and creative strategies to boost product utilization internally and externally.

• Experienced in customer success or account management, preferably within maritime or tech industries.
