Job Title: Associate Vessel IT Engineer

Location: Gdynia, Poland

Who are we recruiting for?
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Associate Vessel IT Engineer to join the dynamic IT team of our client, a leader in the maritime industry. You will support office staff in Gdynia and maintain IT equipment, while also addressing the IT needs of a global fleet of vessels.

What will you be doing?

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support for user applications, workstations, mobile phones, and printers.
• Administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and specialized applications.
• Supporting servers, networks, and contributing to IT projects.
• Ensuring meeting rooms and A/V equipment are maintained.
• Supporting IT operations on vessels and ensuring good cybersecurity practices.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 2-3 years of IT support experience.
• Degree or certification in IT-related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10/11, networking, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ITSM and remote access tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.
• Strong English communication skills.
