What will you be doing?
* Lead aftersales operations for advanced marine equipment, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
* Build and nurture client relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and partners across the globe.
* Manage spares, service agreements, and performance improvements with a focus on quality and innovation.
* Collaborate across teams to drive technical excellence and service enhancements.
* Champion compliance and efficiency through data-driven reporting and continuous improvement.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Qualified in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
* 10+ years’ experience in marine equipment aftersales, with proven leadership ability.
* Skilled in troubleshooting, service delivery, and technical communications.
* Fluent in English with strong customer engagement skills.
* Motivated, determined, and focused on delivering world-class support.
