Who are we recruiting for?

An award-winning, and determined maritime clean technology company revolutionising global shipping with Rotor Sail technology. With headquarters in the UK and a production base in Asia, they are scaling fast and need a qualified, inspired, and assured Aftersales Manager to lead their global after-sales function and ensure customers receive world-class support.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and improving global after-sales service systems, ensuring rapid response and top-quality support
• Building long-term relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and agents through technical support and training
• Managing spare parts, repairs, and supply chain to optimise service delivery
• Analysing service performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a vibrant international service team while ensuring compliance with IMO, ISO, and class standards

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 10+ years’ experience in marine equipment service, including 3+ years in team leadership
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining marine equipment
• Flexible and willing to travel internationally, often at short notice
