They are seeking a determined and motivated Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial success across Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey, offering unique e-procurement solutions to the maritime sector.

What will you be doing?

• Actively engaging in direct selling and building strong prospect relationships across your region.

• Creating and executing innovative prospecting strategies to meet ambitious sales targets.

• Managing the entire sales cycle and maintaining a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

• Representing the brand with creative presentations and impactful solution-selling.

• Collaborating with internal teams to maximise brand exposure and optimise market strategies.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 5+ years of successful solution/consultative sales experience within the maritime sector.

• Qualified in managing a full sales cycle with assured negotiation and closing skills.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel across Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey as needed.

• Focused team player with a brave entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
