What will you be doing?
- Own and grow the Northern European region (Germany, Scandinavia, Netherlands): identify and prioritise opportunities, lead complex sales cycles and close strategic partnerships.
- Convert early conversations into long-term value: ensure assured onboarding, activation and sustained customer usage.
- Feed product direction: act as the commercial voice of customers, translating frontline insight into improved product and go‑to‑market actions.
- Expand the network: leverage and grow a strong industry network of decision-makers, partners and influencers to boost brand visibility.
- Represent at industry events: raise the client’s profile as a thought leader across conferences and forums.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven B2B maritime sales experience (SaaS/technology background strongly preferred).
- Established network in German shipping; exposure to Northern European markets is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in German and English; confident engaging stakeholders at senior levels.
- Strong emotional intelligence: focused on customer challenges and converting them into commercial outcomes.
- Self-starter who thrives in lean, early-stage environments — creative, determined and motivated.
