What will you be doing?
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and professional services projects across multiple clients.
Developing and implementing project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and execution pipelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Managing resource allocation, forecasting, budgeting, and change control across multiple projects.
Coordinating handovers from Sales to Implementation and from Implementation to Support teams, ensuring smooth transitions.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Monitoring project progress, facilitating project meetings, and introducing efficient resource-sharing practices.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Development, Sales, Hardware, and Support to achieve project goals.
Mentoring junior consultants and project team members, fostering professional growth and best practice adoption.
Driving process improvements, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of Agile methodologies within the project delivery teams.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering ERP or enterprise-level software implementations.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean).
Excellent customer-facing skills and experience managing stakeholder expectations on-site and remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.
Commercially aware, adaptable, and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
Experience working in Agile software delivery environments is highly desirable.
