Location: Rome, Italy (Office-based with frequent travel across Italy to project sites)

Who are we recruiting for?
A determined, award-winning player leading the way in Italy’s renewable energy sector, renowned for delivering successful and unique PV (photovoltaic) construction projects nationwide. This assured business is focused on bold growth and is looking for both a strong, qualified junior (4-6 years’ experience) and a senior (8-12 years’ experience) Project Manager to join their vibrant and motivated team following the departure of a key senior member.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and managing all aspects of PV construction projects, ensuring assured handover to O&M and Asset Management teams.

• Taking ownership of contracts, optimising time, cost and quality with every build.

• Championing site health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance through creative protocols aligned to national and EU standards.

• Continually monitoring project progress, budgets, and resolving issues with inspired, winner solutions.

• Collaborating with engineering, purchasing and management teams to refine designs, procure major equipment and prepare timely financial reports.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Degree qualified in Engineering or another scientific subject.

• Junior: 4-6 years in PV construction project management; Senior: 8-12 years in relevant roles.

• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• Excellent command of English and strong, proactive communication skills.

• Refreshed, motivated, and creative team player with the resilience and determination to deliver improved outcomes.
