Job title: Dry Dock Manager (Ethylene Fleet)
Location: Singapore (Hybrid / Global Travel)
Who are we recruiting for?
A Strong, Award-Winning, and Globally Respected LPG shipping operator with a focus on excellence in Ethylene transportation. This Unique and Successful organisation seeks a Determined and Qualified professional to join their Vibrant technical team on a consultancy basis.
What will you be doing?
Manage dry dockings, repairs, and technical projects across Ethylene vessels with Improved precision and safety.
Lead shipyard supervision, specification development, and budgeting to deliver on-time, cost-efficient results.
Collaborate with superintendents, vendors, and crew to ensure vessel reliability and operational excellence.
Support the fleet through strategic maintenance planning, documentation, and performance reviews.
Travel globally as required (approx. 210 days/year) with a balanced hybrid and home-based rhythm.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Experience as a 2/E or higher and at least 12 months Ethylene vessel experience (mandatory).
Fresh from sea or with up to 1.5 years onshore experience in a similar technical role.
Qualified Engineer, Motivated and Focused on operational excellence.
Brave decision-maker with strong technical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ready to join within 1-2 months and committed to a long-term consultancy engagement.

Fixed salary: USD 6,200/month (all-inclusive, non-negotiable).
Annual performance bonus (historically 3-4 months) and ~4% annual increment.
