This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant, internationally minded team at a moment of strong momentum, where partnerships are central to growth.
What will you be doing?
Lead partnership origination with insurers, trading platforms, and technology providers, turning conversations into assured, revenue-generating collaborations.
Own activation from first contact through integration and go-live, removing roadblocks and coordinating commercial and technical workstreams.
Run structured discovery with partners to scope value, map joint propositions, and build successful business cases.
Project-manage multi-stakeholder integrations with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver improved outcomes and on-time launches.
Build winner-level partner enablement materials, playbooks, and success metrics to scale the channel.
Negotiate and refresh agreements that protect value while enabling creative, inspired routes to market.
Monitor performance, report results, and refine strategy to stay focused on high-impact opportunities.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Background in energy, climate tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS partnering. Battery, storage, trading, or insurance exposure is a strong plus.

Skilled in commercial negotiations, pipeline management, and cross-functional delivery.
Comfortable translating technical requirements into clear plans and outcomes.
Qualified with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Motivated, determined, and brave in the face of ambiguity, with creative problem-solving and strong stakeholder influence.
Assured communicator who is organised, focused, and inspired by building something that matters.
What’s in it for you?
Impact in a collaborative, growing start-up where this role shapes outcomes across the organisation.
Freedom to shape the scope of the role around your strengths and interests.
Trust-based flexible working hours with 30 days’ holiday, plus Rose Monday as an extra day.
Performance-based compensation.
Remote first across Europe, with options for a lovely office or a local co-working space.
Company events including two five-day onsites per year, plus regular team events.
Personal development plan and budget you can actively shape.
A strong, inclusive culture where unique perspectives are celebrated.
