Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Solar & BESS Projects

Location: Rome, Italy (office-based with frequent site visits)

What will you be doing?

• Taking full ownership of contract management, optimising time, cost and quality in project delivery for solar and BESS plants.

• Leading the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring strong technical and administrative project handover to O&M/Asset Management teams.

• Vigilantly assuring health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance to national/EU standards through assured processes and creative protocols.

• Proactively monitoring project progress, responding to challenges with inspired, solution-oriented interventions.

• Closely collaborating with engineering for design, procurement for equipment selection, and management control for progress reporting.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Degree in engineering or a scientific field, ready to make an impact.

• More than three years’ experience managing construction of solar plants, especially within EPC environments.

• Mastery of project management and design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Brilliant English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Refreshed, resilient, and solution-focused, with a history of collective team success.
