What will you be doing?

• Winning new business and driving growth with shipowners, operators, and managers across Japan.

• Building relationships with C-suite and decision-makers, becoming their trusted compliance partner.

• Representing a unique, industry-leading product that has transformed ESG management for shipping.

• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, supported by a vibrant, international team.

• Attending industry events, networking with key stakeholders, and improving brand awareness.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Experienced sales professional within the maritime, compliance, or ESG technology sectors.

• Knowledge of sustainability, decarbonisation, or regulatory frameworks in shipping.

• Brave, assured communicator with strong influencing skills.

• Fluent in Japanese and English, written and spoken.

• Self-motivated, creative, and determined to succeed in a growing, innovative company.
