Who are we recruiting for?
We are looking for a strong and inspired Project Manager to join an award-winning startup based in Munich. This unique company is focused on driving the transition to energy efficiency in the commercial and industrial sectors through innovative battery storage solutions.

What will you be doing?

• Lead renewable energy projects from concept to commissioning, with a focus on battery storage.
• Engage and coordinate with grid operators to ensure all technical and regulatory certifications are met.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including single-line diagrams and project plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, ensuring streamlined operations.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified and experienced in managing renewable energy projects, with a focus on battery storage.
• Strong electro-technical background, with skills in creating and interpreting technical schematics.
• Proven proficiency in German, essential for communication with local stakeholders and grid operators.
• Motivated and brave, ready to tackle the challenges of a dynamic startup environment.
• Educational background in electrical engineering or equivalent technical apprenticeship.
