JEDI Commitment Statement

Our Commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Executive Integrity is a global recruitment consultancy specialising in sustainable technology across shipping, maritime, and renewable energy.

Our decisions about who we hire internally, how we recruit for clients and how we engage with candidates and communities directly affect people’s opportunities and experiences.

We are committed to operating in a just, equitable, diverse and inclusive way across our operations, our services and the communities we impact.

As a recruitment business, we are especially mindful that our work affects candidates seeking roles in industries where diversity remains underrepresented and clients who rely on us to present the best talent based solely on merit, qualifications and abilities. We recognise that some of these stakeholders have less power to influence our decisions.

For Executive Integrity, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion mean:

•        Treating every candidate, client and colleague with dignity and respect.

•        Challenging systemic barriers and working to remove unfair obstacles in recruitment processes.

•        Valuing diverse backgrounds, identities, perspectives and experiences.

•        Creating a workplace where everyone can belong, contribute and thrive without fear of discrimination, exclusion or bias.

These principles are embedded in our Code of Conduct, our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and our day-to-day practices. We actively gather anonymous feedback from our team through annual surveys to understand how our people experience our workplace, and we use this data to inform our JEDI actions and priorities.

Our Co-Founders are accountable for this commitment. They are responsible for ensuring it is reflected in our policies, practices and services and for reviewing it regularly.

Responsible Lobbying Statement

Executive Integrity Ltd does not engage in lobbying activities of any kind.

Specifically, Executive Integrity confirms that it does not:

  • Directly or indirectly seek to influence government legislation, regulation or policy.
  • Make financial contributions to political parties, political campaigns or political action committees.
  • Engage or pay third parties (such as lobbying firms or trade associations) to lobby on its behalf.
  • Participate in any activities intended to influence public officials or governmental bodies for commercial advantage.

Should Executive Integrity’s position on lobbying change in the future, this statement will be updated and a comprehensive responsible lobbying policy will be developed and published in its place.
