Who are we recruiting for?

Our client, a global leader in the maritime industry, is looking for an experienced Technical Fleet Manager to help manage their expanding fleet. This role is essential in overseeing the technical performance and operational efficiency of various types of vessels.

What will you be doing?

• Managing a diverse fleet of vessels
• Leading a team of 4 superintendents, ensuring high operational standards.
• Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborating with shore-based teams to drive performance improvements.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 3+ years of experience as a Fleet or Technical Manager.
• Sea-going experience as a 2nd or Chief Engineer, with shore-based expertise.
• Experience managing tanker or gas vessels.
• Strong leadership, technical, and operational management skills
