Job title: Marine Battery Systems Engineer

What will you be doing?
The Systems Engineer will be the technical leader for the development of innovative next-generation, ultra-light, high-safety, multi-industry leading marine battery systems designed and manufactured by engineering experts in an EU-funded R&D consortium
Collaborates within a cross-functional team
Working closely with customer technical and project personnel
Organizes both external and internal stakeholder requirements for new products/features/technology developments
Key participant for system specifications and formalised representations of solutions (for example, flow charts, and models) to develop systems that meet customer needs
Working closely with internal sub-system design teams to refine the implementation of products/features/technologies & specifications to ensure they meet stakeholder's needs
Are you the ideal candidate?
Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or marine engineering preferred
5 years of design of marine electrical propulsion systems preferred
Extensive experience within the maritime sector working with system integrators
