Job title: - Regional Team Leader Technical Support

What will you be doing?
Manage regional technical support team & drive the transformation of the regional team from legacy product support to new software products focused on digital navigation data
Contribute to the definition of and be responsible for meeting team KPIs
Prepare and support the roll-out of solutions to customers
Cooperate on service tickets with relevant int./ext. stakeholders (technical specialists, After-Sales, Product Management, etc.)
Support product development through structured collection/evaluation of client & team feedback
Are you the ideal candidate?
Experience in the maritime industry, ideally currently managing a technical support team
Technical experience as a nautical officer or electronics service engineer with experience in navigation and communication equipment
Experience and willingness to manage & lead an international team daily and in change management
