Who are we recruiting for?
Executive Integrity are pleased to be working with an established maritime software company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation in heading up their sales operations in Asia, based out of Singapore.
What will you be doing?
- Driving sales and executing aggressive sales plans within Singapore and surrounding locations.
- Managing and leading a small team of Sales Representatives.
- Being responsible for personal sales targets as well as the overall team target.
- Assist in growing the team in line with company growth plans.
- Developing and executing detailed business plans, representing the competitive advantage of the products.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Track record of technology / software sales within the Maritime sector.
- Knowledge and experience within the Singaporean Maritime Industry and surrounding locations.
- Have a true hunter mentality and be results orientated.
- Be motivated to become a subject expert.
- Team leading experience.
- Have held responsibility for team targets.
- Must be based in Singapore.
