Most importantly, you will be integral to helping our client in building better products that their customers love to use.
What will you be doing?
Managing the development team to achieve product excellence
Work with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product road-map to strategic goals
Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
Analyse preferences and requests of end users
Keeping track of industry trends
Are you the ideal candidate?
Ideally a bachelor's degree in related discipline
Ideally 5+ years experience in product development
Product Owner or Management experience within the maritime industry
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
Are a driven and focused individual with sharp analytic and problem-solving skills
Can demonstrate leadership qualities
Strong written and verbal German and English
Must be based in Hamburg or Oldenburg
