Who are we recruiting for?
Executive Integrity are pleased to be working with a recognised and leading partner of the shipping industry who offer global ship agency services and hub solutions. Our client act as a one stop solution in local ports all over the world for Ship Owners, Operators, Managers and Charterers.
What will you be doing?
Supporting Senior management to ensure implementation and delivery of client requirements.
Overseeing and managing the day to day client delivery process.
Maintaining great commercial relations with clients.
Working closely with Senior Management and Global and Regional Hubs.
Ensuring new requirements that are agreed with clients are properly understood and implemented by hub and regional centres.
Setting up new clients in line with the client manager and agreement.
Managing client relationships through performance follow-ups and reporting.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Commercial minded person with operational experience.
Strong experience in a customer service function within the Maritime industry.
Proven track record of client support on an international scale.
Excellent English, both written and verbal.
Have superb communication skills whilst being polite and tenacious.
Have a customer-centric mentality.
Are highly organised with ability to deliver against strict deadlines.
Highly motivated with a team player attitude.
Must be based in Hamburg.
