Job Title: Electrical Instructor – Cruise Ships

Location: Netherlands

You will be working for a state-of-the-art, award-winning training center supporting one of the leading global brands in the Cruise industry. A world-renowned center for excellence that houses some of the best subject matter experts in the industry.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Delivering training to ship-board technical staff.
• Developing courses and procedures to be implemented on board ships.
• Keeping up to date with current practices and technologies.
• Liaise with the Course Administration team and other instructors to ensure everything is prepared prior to the start of courses.
• Following up with underperforming participant processes.
• Restoring equipment and addressing deficiencies.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

The ideal candidate for this role would possess:

• Experience typically in the role of Senior Engineer/Superintendent, Senior Electrical Technical Officer, Electrical Technical Officer, Subject Matter Experts (SME) Electrical/Automation Engineering.
• 1st Electrical Officer or higher is preferable.
• Cruise Ship experience is preferred.
• Experience in teaching/instructing would be an asset.
• Fluent written and verbal English language.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
