What will you be doing?

As the Head of Section, you will be responsible for leading a talented Integrity Management team. Your role will involve:

• Leading, developing, and motivating a growing team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Ensuring high standards of technical delivery across offshore structures, pipelines, and renewable energy projects.
• Implementing strategies for continuous improvement and maintaining a culture of excellence.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting required quality standards.
• Driving people management strategies, including recruitment, development, and staff retention.
• Collaborating with commercial and sales teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Leading initiatives for innovation in Integrity Management practices and technologies.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
