Job title: Head of Sales
Location: France, ideally Paris - one day a week in the office

Bringing innovative technology into an industry who is old school and relies on paper or excel, their product reduces transport costs and the associated carbon footprint enabling a greener, easy to use solution.
What will you be doing?
- Build and pilot the Sales Forecast/Results every year, quarter, and month
- Lead and execute the strategy to win new customers internationally
- Sign one or two deals yourself every year and test and learn approach to reduce the sales cycle
- Build a sales machine for a tech growth environment
- Attend and represent the company at professional events and webinars
Are you the ideal candidate?
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you don't hesitate to make proposals to improve things and you carry out projects independently
- You are bilingual both oral and written in English, German, French and other EU languages are a big plus
- You look at sales as sciences: conversion rate, ARR, Churn, and SaaS metrics are in your vocabulary, and you have a way with numbers
- You need to be a true hunter but also understand that you will have operational tasks and your own goals to achieve on top of management
