With offices located internationally, this perfect candidate could work in UK, Norway, US, Canada, Taiwan, Japan or Spain.

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverables.

  • Enhance revenue opportunities for the technical advisory and construction practice within the global on- and offshore wind sector, as well as other emerging energy technologies where appropriate.

  • Work with leadership to develop and expand long-term client relationships that will lead to repeat business.

  • Build relationships and engage in activity designed to generate qualified leads, which will then be worked on in unison with

  • Regional Business Leaders, Practice and/or Service Line Leads

  • Manage all aspects of successful client engagement, including continual improvement and excellence in customer service.

  • Actively team with colleagues in other offices, regions, and practices to identify and pursue opportunities.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering as well as solid technical understanding and relevant experience within the offshore industry

  • Come from a similar position as Deputy EPC Director or Package Manager and have gained hands-on experience with all phases of the construction of large CAPEX projects

  • Have good knowledge of international project management standards, such as PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2, as well as experience with stage-gate divided project execution

  • Have leadership and team management experience from large, complex infrastructure projects, preferably from a strong matrix organisation, and you have business insights and understand the key drivers and levers that influence business performance

  • Speak and write English fluently as they operate in an international environment and cooperate closely with our colleagues abroad.
