What's the purpose?
Executive Integrity's client is a fast-growing company that designs Energy Storage Solutions primarily in the commercial marine industry.?
They have a vacancy for an Electrical-Mechanical Test Engineer / Product Engineer.


What will you be doing?
Take charge of testing our battery system product and creating a sustainable test infrastructure. This position involves both hands-on testing and the design of test plans and procedures. Get your hands dirty testing components and hardware systems, and help the development team work to improve their designs for better performance and testability.

  • Perform hands-on testing of individual components and entire systems, with an eye to automating wherever possible

  • Create hardware test infrastructure - to verify the design and performance of various aspects of our products and sub-systems, from mechanical to electrical hardware to software to dynamic performance

  • Develop test plans for verification and validation of the system, leading to regulatory approval

  • Test components and systems to verify electrical, mechanical and dynamic performance


What do you need to be able to do?

  • Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical procedures

  • Minimum 3 years experience in testing products and materials, including electronic hardware

  • Experience in managing test teams preferred

  • Previous QA process management experience beneficial
