• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize customer engagement and product value.
• Analyze customer challenges, offering strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, sharing customer insights to drive product enhancements and innovation.

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the maritime or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, performance optimization, or digital maritime solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
