What will you be doing?
Manage regional CX team & drive transformation of regional team from paper to digital navigation data (skills, workflows, scalability)
Contribute to achievement of revenue & EBITDA targets through up-/cross-selling and support to Sales
Ensure regional team performance withing given KPIs such as but not limited to time, cost, quality of service, etc. to create customer loyalty through service delivery
Identification & Realization of up-/cross-selling opportunities to support revenue/EBITDA targets
Ensure/Provide Sales Support in quotations, bids and tender phase
Prepare and support roll-out of solutions to customers
Resolve customer claims (on orders, deliveries, etc.) with relevant int./ext. stakeholders
Contribute to business process definition/improvement P&N focused on digitization & automation
Support product development through structured collection/evaluation of client & team feedback
Assist Support in efficient and timely resolution of customer issues
Are you the ideal candidate?
Nautical, IT, engineering, or business degree (or similar education)
Proven track record on team management and ENC/navigation data processing and management
Organized, structured and self-reliant approach to daily work and team management
Customer focused approach in daily work and when creating new workflows and processes
Experience and willingness to manage & lead an international team daily and in change management
IT-savvy with basic understanding of server setups, public/private key encryption, ENC data management
Experience in the maritime industry
Effective communication skills at all levels and cultures
Good presentation skills including common tools used
