Job title: Customer Success Manager

Executive Integrity is delighted to have partnered with a niche leading transport visibility management system provider who are specialised in rail and multimodal flows. Bringing innovative technology into an industry who is old school and relies on paper or excel, their product reduces transport costs and the associated carbon footprint enabling a greener, easy to use solution.
What will you be doing?
Preparing and conducting the kick-off project and the project progress meetings so the customer can utilise the solution as quickly as possible
Being ROI orientated, you analyse customers to optimise their use of the platform so they can get the maximum benefit from it
Collecting insights from the customers to pass them on to the product team
You take part in the sales process when you detect and qualify opportunities with your customers
Are you the ideal candidate?
You have either project management experience or a qualification in project management and at least two years of experience within Customer Success Manager position.
You are bilingual in English and French OR German both oral and written
You have experience working in SaaS B2B logistics technology companies (TMS is a plus)
With a technical bases you understand how to brows a database via an SQL query and how REST API works
