Position: Customer Success Manager

Location: Copenhagen based / remote-based in Northern Europe

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the customer base through a data-driven approach

  • Supporting customers to ensure they get the most out of their software solution

  • Helping customers to realise the full potential and desired outcome (Improved working method, achieved KPIs)

  • Understanding pain points to develop a solution to their needs

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Proven record of successfully managing client accounts

  • Successfully working with customers in a strong B2B SaaS environment

  • Skilled in clarifying customer pain points and needs to develop creative and efficient solutions

  • International travels as and when required to help customers
