What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Greek market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Working closely with the technical team to provide clients with customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Preparing proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote our company.
Are you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marine industry.
- A strong understanding of the Greek marine market and its players.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- The ability to travel as required.
