What will you be doing?
Translate customer needs into navigation products and supply solutions for charts, publications, etc.
Support Sales in quotations, bids, and tenders
Proactive approach to up-/cross-selling to existing customers
Provide (customer) feedback for product improvement/development
Are you the ideal candidate?
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of (digital) navigation
Experience in the maritime industry
Customer-focused mindset, striving to understand customer needs to define the correct level of supply
Passion to provide high-quality of service and go the "extra mile" for customers
Structured approach to solving customer inquiries and problems
