Let us know and you could get £250*!

How does it work?
  • Send an email to a member of the Executive Integrity team with the contact details of your recommendation

  • We will reach out to them and check their suitability

  • If we go on to place them within 6 months of your recommendation, you get £250*

*Terms and Conditions

  • Equivalent to £250, per successful single referral

  • The candidate must not already be registered/engaged with Executive Integrity Ltd.

  • Permanent placements – the referrer will receive their reward when the referee has successfully completed their probation period (length of probation period to be confirmed once employment contract has been signed)

  • Contract placements – the referrer will receive their reward when 30 fully chargeable days have been successfully completed

  • The referrer will receive £250 once the client has paid the placement invoice fee to Executive Integrity Ltd and the rebate period is successfully passed – both of which are subject to our client payment and rebate terms

  • To qualify, your referral must be placed within six months of registration

  • Executive Integrity’s decision on all referrals is final
